Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ('Policy') governs the use of all services provided by Arseen Enterprises LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ('Company,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our') (US mailing and registered-agent address: 30 N Gould St, Ste #54,142, Sheridan, WY 82801; principal office: Pakistan). Arseen Enterprises LLC provides lawful product procurement, custom order fulfillment, shipment coordination, and related services primarily for business clients, while also serving individual customers on a project basis. By accessing or using our services, you ('Client,' 'User,' or 'you') agree to comply with and be bound by this Policy. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and applies to all clients, partners, vendors, and any other parties who interact with our services. Violation of this Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services, reporting to relevant authorities, and pursuit of all available legal remedies.

1. Permitted Uses

Permitted uses of our services include: (a) submitting lawful product procurement requests for commercial or personal use; (b) placing custom order fulfillment requests for legitimate goods; (c) coordinating international shipment of lawful goods through our fulfillment process; (d) requesting product inspection, packaging, and order preparation services; (e) obtaining written quotations and placing approved orders; and (f) any other product procurement, order fulfillment, or shipment coordination activity expressly authorized in writing by Arseen Enterprises LLC. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their identity, products, destination, and order requirements. All permitted uses must comply with applicable laws, including export-control requirements, sanctions regulations, customs requirements, and applicable carrier and payment-provider policies.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our procurement, fulfillment, shipment-coordination, or related services: (a) misrepresenting the nature, origin, quantity, or value of any goods submitted for procurement, fulfillment, or shipment; (b) providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information in any order documentation, customs declaration, or business record; (c) using our services to facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime; (d) unauthorized access to, or interference with, our website, systems, or data; (e) harvesting, scraping, or collecting data from our website or systems without authorization; (f) subletting, reselling, or transferring access to our services to unauthorized third parties without prior written consent; (g) engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the performance of our services; (h) using our services to circumvent export controls, trade sanctions, or embargo regulations administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or any other regulatory body; (i) engaging in predatory, deceptive, or unfair business practices in connection with our services; and (j) any activity that violates the rights of third parties, including privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual rights.

3. Prohibited Products and Services

Arseen Enterprises LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the procurement, fulfillment, transportation, or facilitation of the following categories of products and services. These prohibitions are absolute and non-negotiable:

(a) Illegal Goods: Any product whose manufacture, sale, distribution, or possession is prohibited under applicable federal, state, or local law, including but not limited to stolen merchandise, contraband, and goods subject to legal forfeiture.

(b) Counterfeit and Infringing Items: Goods that infringe upon any trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right, including counterfeit branded merchandise, unauthorized replicas of any kind, pirated media or publications, and any goods bearing unauthorized use of a brand, logo, or protected design. If the authenticity, authorization, or legality of a branded product cannot be reasonably established, Arseen Enterprises LLC may reject or cancel the order.

(c) Weapons and Dangerous Materials: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, military-grade equipment, switchblades, brass knuckles, and any other weapons or components thereof not expressly permitted under applicable law; hazardous materials, toxic substances, and biohazardous materials not handled under proper regulatory authorization.

(d) Controlled Substances and Drugs: Illegal narcotics, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or any product marketed or intended to mimic the effects of controlled substances, including synthetic cannabinoids, designer drugs, and unregulated research chemicals.

(e) Sanctioned and Export-Controlled Goods: Goods, services, or transactions involving sanctioned persons, prohibited counterparties, or jurisdictions prohibited under applicable sanctions requirements, including those administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or equivalent authorities. Goods subject to export-control requirements for which the required license or authorization has not been obtained.

(f) Adult Content and Obscene Material: Pornographic material, obscene content, or any goods or services of a sexually explicit nature.

(g) Gambling and Games of Chance: Unlicensed gambling equipment, lottery tickets, sweepstakes entries, or any product or service that constitutes illegal gambling under applicable law.

(h) Pyramid Schemes and Multi-Level Marketing: Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, chain-referral schemes, and multi-level marketing services involving recruitment-based or multi-level commission structures prohibited by applicable payment-provider requirements.

(i) Human Trafficking and Exploitation: Any goods, services, or materials that facilitate human trafficking, forced labor, child exploitation, or any form of modern slavery.

(j) Endangered Species and Wildlife Products: Products derived from endangered or protected species in violation of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) or applicable law.

(k) Unapproved Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices: Prescription drugs dispensed without a valid prescription, unapproved pharmaceutical products, and medical devices not cleared by applicable regulatory authorities.

Arseen Enterprises LLC independently reserves the right to review, reject, suspend, or cancel any procurement, fulfillment, or shipment request that presents sanctions, legal, intellectual-property, payment-provider, export-control, fraud, or other compliance concerns. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive.

4. Compliance with Laws

Customers are responsible for providing truthful and complete information and for complying with legal obligations applicable to them, including applicable export-control, sanctions, customs, and import requirements. Arseen Enterprises LLC independently applies its own risk-based order review and reserves the right to reject, pause, suspend, or cancel transactions that present sanctions, export-control, customs, intellectual-property, prohibited-product, payment-provider, fraud, or other compliance concerns. Customers must maintain all necessary licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals required to conduct their business and must provide copies of such documentation to Arseen Enterprises LLC upon request.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the services, branding, website content, and proprietary methodologies of Arseen Enterprises LLC are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company. Customers may not use our trademarks, service marks, logos, or trade names without prior written authorization, and may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our proprietary materials. Customers represent and warrant that all goods, content, and materials they submit for procurement or fulfillment do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. Customers shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arseen Enterprises LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from alleged intellectual property infringement related to customer-submitted goods or content.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for all activity conducted under their orders and accounts, including the actions of their employees, contractors, and agents. Customers must: (a) provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding their identity, business, products, and order requirements; (b) promptly notify Arseen Enterprises LLC at [email protected] of any errors, unauthorized activity, or concerns regarding their orders; (c) ensure that all persons acting on their behalf are aware of and comply with this Policy; and (d) not misrepresent their identity, business, or the nature of the goods they are requesting to procure or ship. Arseen Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a customer's failure to provide accurate information or to comply with applicable requirements.

7. Enforcement

Arseen Enterprises LLC reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Policy and to take appropriate action, which may include, without limitation: (a) issuing a formal warning and requiring corrective action within a specified timeframe; (b) temporarily suspending access to some or all services pending investigation; (c) permanently terminating the client's service agreement without refund of prepaid fees; (d) removing, refusing, or returning any goods that violate this Policy; (e) reporting suspected illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, or payment processors; (f) cooperating fully with law enforcement investigations, including providing records and documentation as required by law; and (g) pursuing civil legal remedies, including injunctive relief and monetary damages. The Company's failure to enforce any provision of this Policy on one occasion shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to enforce that provision on any other occasion. Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Arseen Enterprises LLC.

8. Reporting Violations

We take violations of this Policy seriously and encourage all parties to report suspected violations promptly. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the nature of the suspected violation, relevant dates and times, and any supporting documentation. Arseen Enterprises LLC prohibits retaliation against any person who, in good faith, reports a suspected violation of this Policy.

9. Payment Processor Compliance

Arseen Enterprises LLC processes payments through authorized payment processors and financial institutions. All payment transactions are subject to the terms and acceptable use policies of the respective payment processor in addition to this Policy. Clients may not use any accepted payment method to fund, facilitate, or conceal any prohibited activity listed in this Policy. All clients must comply with the terms of use, acceptable use policies, and restricted business guidelines of whichever payment method is used to remit funds. Any attempt to use accepted payment methods for prohibited goods or services will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant payment processor and, where required, to law enforcement.

10. Sanctions and Export-Control Compliance

Arseen Enterprises LLC does not knowingly accept transactions or arrange shipments involving sanctioned persons, prohibited counterparties, or jurisdictions prohibited under applicable sanctions requirements. Relevant customer, counterparty, product, and destination information is reviewed in accordance with Arseen Enterprises LLC's risk-based compliance procedures. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding their identity, products, quantities, values, destination, and end use where relevant. Arseen Enterprises LLC reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any order that it determines, in its sole discretion, may present sanctions, export-control, or related compliance concerns, without liability to the customer.

11. Amendments

Arseen Enterprises LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Acceptable Use Policy at any time in its sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Policy to our website or upon direct notification to clients via email. The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing this Policy to stay informed of any updates. If a client does not agree to the revised Policy, they must discontinue use of our services and provide written notice of termination in accordance with their service agreement. Material changes that significantly affect client rights or obligations will be communicated with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice where practicable.
