Prohibited and Restricted Products

Products and categories that Arseen Enterprises LLC will not procure, fulfill, or ship under any circumstances.

Arseen Enterprises LLC complies with all applicable US export control laws and regulations, including those administered by the US Department of Commerce (BIS), the US Department of State (DDTC), and the US Treasury Department (OFAC). We do not ship to countries, entities, or individuals subject to US trade sanctions or export embargoes.

Absolutely Prohibited

The following items will not be accepted under any circumstances:

Counterfeit goods, unauthorized replicas, and goods infringing trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual-property rights

Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and related components

Explosives, flammable materials, and hazardous chemicals not properly classified

Narcotics, controlled substances, and illegal drugs

Items subject to applicable sanctions, trade embargoes, or export-control requirements without required authorization

Products requiring an export license that has not been obtained

Goods involving sanctioned persons, prohibited counterparties, or prohibited jurisdictions

Human remains, organs, or biological specimens

Live animals (unless covered by specific permits and carrier approvals)

Child exploitation material of any kind

Stolen goods or goods obtained through fraud

Items prohibited by the destination country's import laws

Goods on the US Commerce Control List requiring an export license

Restricted Items

Certain regulated or higher-risk categories are not automatically accepted. Acceptance depends on applicable law, destination requirements, carrier requirements, licensing, documentation, and applicable payment-provider approval. A request may be declined even if the underlying product is legal.

Alcohol and tobacco/nicotine products — subject to destination regulations, applicable licensing, and payment-provider requirements. These categories will not be processed through Stripe unless the activity is permitted under applicable law and Stripe has provided any required prior approval.

Regulated or prescription pharmaceuticals — subject to applicable licensing, destination regulations, and payment-provider requirements. These categories will not be processed through Stripe unless the activity is permitted under applicable law and Stripe has provided any required prior approval.

Regulated medical devices — subject to applicable regulatory clearance, destination requirements, and payment-provider requirements. These categories will not be processed through Stripe unless the activity is permitted under applicable law and Stripe has provided any required prior approval.

High-value goods over applicable thresholds — require additional documentation and are subject to payment-provider requirements. These categories will not be processed through Stripe unless the activity is permitted under applicable law and Stripe has provided any required prior approval.

Precious metals or precious stones — subject to applicable documentation, carrier requirements, and payment-provider requirements. These categories will not be processed through Stripe unless the activity is permitted under applicable law and Stripe has provided any required prior approval.

Currency or negotiable instruments — subject to applicable financial regulations and payment-provider requirements. These categories will not be processed through Stripe unless the activity is permitted under applicable law and Stripe has provided any required prior approval.

Food and perishable items — subject to import health regulations and carrier restrictions.

Electronics with lithium batteries — subject to carrier restrictions and applicable hazardous-materials regulations.

Items requiring CITES permits — subject to applicable wildlife-protection laws and permits.

Goods requiring special import licenses in the destination country — subject to applicable licensing and documentation requirements.
